Tent, advice and rest

What to bring:
car, tent, flashlight, radio, dishes, coffemaker, sportutilities, everything you might need for demonstrations - please leave your dogs if possible at home.

How to get there:
If possible take cars, because our radius will be larger this year. However, there is also a railstation in Forst. You can buy maps of the area in the bookshop Schwarze Risse in Berlin/Gneisenauer 2a (Scale 1:100000/ Kreiskarte Land Brandenburg/ Landkreis Spree-Neiße) We will have some maps also at the camp.

Meeting point
is Friday July 28th at 5.00 p.m. or Saturday 29th at noon on the parking area in front of the "Wasserturm" (water tower) in Forst (near the railway station). Info-Mobile: 0178/6012204.

When you arrive at the camp, go first to the information tent:
They will explain fascilities to you. There you can also pay the camp fee of 30 DM. The fee pays for infrastructure and mobilisation.

Marketplace and suburbs:
In the middle of the camp will be the public area: here you will find tents for information, first aid, safety, the webjournal and meetings. The kitchen tent will be right next to the area. The sleeping tents will be surounding this area. If women/lesbians want a separate area, they should organise it themselves in coordination with the Information tent. Merchandising or any comercial activity is not wanted.

The Information tent is responsible for coordinating everything!
The telephone number of the Information tent: 0178/6012204. You can reach the other tents through the Information tent.
There will be two tents for meetings: one which can host 400-500 people, in the smaller one will fit 100-150.

Decision Making:
The preparation group will be enlarged by delegates from regions, cities and groups. The delegation comission will meet every morning at 10.00. The commision is responsible for the whole organisation and discussion of activities. Individuals are asked to organise themselves in groups in order to send a delegate. Right after the meetings the decisions will be posted at the Information tent.
There will also be a meeting for all every evening: Half an hour will be reserved for information, then there will be time for discussions.

Two people from the info tent will be responsible for negotiations with the city of Forst, the cops etc.

Safety:
There will be an infrastructure for guarding the camp. In order to guarantee safety for 24 hours, we will need a lot of help though. There will be people who will advice new safety people. The safety people shall not discrimate against elder people or those who donīt dress in a lefty way.

An alarm will be called if there is a search by the police or a massive attack by the nazis. Alarm will be called through loudspeakers. In the night all lamps should imediately be turned on. All campers meet in the big tent: children in the middle.

Peoples kitchen:
We are happy to welcome again the Wendland-peoples kitchen. With 500 to a 1000 Campers there will be a lot of help neccesary. Think about when you can help and talk to the kitchen people: cooking, breakfast, preparing hot drinks, getting water and wood chopping.
Meals will be paid for with a donation.

Child care:
We havenīt succeeded in organizing child care - so parents are asked to organize a concept together at the camp.

Press- and webjournal group:
For both there are already people. Contact through the Info tent. Press will only have access to the camp if accompanied by the pressgroup. For taking photos and filming must be permitted by the pressgroup ahead of time: 0178/4078840.

Solidarity:
The camp is aimed against dicrimation. In this sense we ask for an open and responsible social behaviour. This includes a responsible comsution of drugs.
