Report of the Sub Committee on Human RightsThe Sub Committee on Human Rights of the House of Commons has just issued a report on the human rights situation in Colombia.
You can read it at the link bellow, (it includes an Executive Summary).It is an accurate report (says the embessy), that recognizes the progress made on human rights issues by the Colombian Armed Forces and condemns the violent acts committed both by drug-funded guerillas and self-defence groups.
The report calls for full committment of the international community to Colombia's plight.
