IN OPPOSITION TO THE CHARTA OF THE EMPIRE, LET US BUILD THE EUROPE OF RIGHTS
after Prague, the GLOBAL ACTION EXPRESS sets off again
The governors of Europe, yielding to the will of the empire, amongst themselves and with no democratic discussion, are about to sign a "charta of rights", which is nothing but a sham. They say they are for Europe but they are really against it. They are against extending democracy; they are against citizens' rights for all human beings, as they have demonstrated by the laws of the Shengen treaty. They are against the 40 million European citizens who live and work in unstable conditions of poverty, as they demonstrated at Maastricht. They are against a Europe that shows respect for the environment. They represent the Europe of the powerful, which is the one that starts the wars. But we, too, shall be in Nice, on the side of the Europe of human rights..
Seattle, Bologna, Genoa, Milan, Prague: these are the phases of a route we are building together. Civil disobedience is our tool, the white overalls are the symbol for all those who want to "march with questions on their lips", towards a better world.

EQUAL RIGHTS OF CITIZENSHIP FOR EVERYONE WHO COMES HERE, TRAVELS AND LIVES IN EUROPE;
WORK, INCOME, SOCIAL SERVICES, THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION FOR EVERYONE;
AN ENVIRONMENT-COMPATIBLE MODEL OF DEVELOPMENT, SAFEGUARDING BIODIVERSITY.
Anyone who identifies with all this, as in the yellow block in Prague, must not miss the train!
