The mobilizations against WTO took place in various place of the country. This time we organized rallies outside of the country as government had imposed prohibition order banning assembly in the public places in the capital but not in other places. We mobalised peasants in 5 different places of the country. The main slogan in all the rallies was TAKE WTO OUT OF AGRICULTURE, FOOD SOVEREIGNTY FOR THE PEOPLE, REVOLUTIONARY LAND AND AGRARIAN REFORMS, PROTECT BIO DIVERSITY ETC. Peasants leaders and local organizers spoke out on that occasion. They focused their speach on the implection of WTO in agriculture. The participants of the rallies were about 50 thousand all together.
